Javensoft Technologies LLP (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” / “we” / “us”) is committed towards protecting personally identifiable information including sensitive personal data (“Personal Information”) as would be collected by the Company from you in the course of your access to and use of the services of the Link Locality application (“Application”) and your creation of an account on the Application.

Company endeavours to collect, process and treat the Personal Information of its users in compliance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“Data Protection Laws”).

This Privacy Policy of the Company applies to all its officers and employees. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE COMPANY

The Company primarily collects and stores the Personal Information, as would be provided by you in the course of creating your account as well as accessing and using the services provided by the Company through the Application. With regard to creating an account and registering on the Application, the Company would generally process your name, phone number, e-mail address, age, date of birth, parents/legal guardian’s phone number and e-mail address, account information like profile picture, user name, password and device information like preferences, time zone, uploaded images, video files, location data, etc.

Additionally, in the course of your visit to the Website and accessing the services provided through the Application, the Company and/or the third parties with whom the Company has contracted to provide services, may collect certain anonymous information from sources such as server log files, cookies and pixel tags. 5. SOCIAL MEDIA PLUG INS

The Company may provide for certain social media plug ins such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc. on its Application which allows the users to communicate ith such service. You are therefore advised to go through the privacy policy of such social media service providers. The social media plug in enables a direct communication between your device and the servers of the social media provider, allowing the social media provider to communicate with you and collect information about your access to and use of our Application. In the course of this interaction, transfer of your Personal Information may take place whether you have an account with the social media provider or not. 7. AMENDMENTS TO THE POLICY

Company reserves the right to effect revisions/modifications to this Privacy Policy, and any of its other policies or procedures concerning the treatment of information collected through the Application, without prior notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy on the Application. Access/use of the Application following the posting of such revised Privacy Policy would be deemed to constitute your acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy, then in effect.
